Position: Accounting Assistant
Qualification Requirements:
. Have knowledge of accounts receivable, banking, auditing, and invoicing functions
Payroll processing on a timely manner
Ensuring that all cash/check payments are deposited
Maintaining worksheet for the segregation of daily revenue and payments
Sending Direct Bill invoice
Checking all credit references for all new account applicants
Reconciling credit card transmittals
Daily Bank Reconciliation
Recording daily fees for American Express and PayPal transactions
Monthly Invoice for processing
