✨ About the Role
As a Fiber Cable Assembler , you’ll work with small, delicate components to build high‑precision fiber assemblies. You’ll measure, cut, and place fiber cables into clips, follow detailed blueprints, and feed colored wires through connectors with exact order and alignment. Once assembled, you’ll apply epoxy, complete coating processes, and help cure, polish, and test each unit to ensure flawless performance.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, fine detail, and a clean, organized environment.

1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon–Thu)
2nd Shift: 3:15 PM – 1:15 AM (Mon–Thu)
Pay: $20–$24/hour
📌 What You’ll Do
Measure, cut, and place fiber cables into clips
Follow blueprints/work instructions for precise assembly
Feed colored wires through connectors in exact sequence
Apply epoxy and complete coating processes
Cure, polish, and test assemblies for proper functionality
Use small hand tools, microscopes, and projection scopes
💡 What You Bring
0–1+ year experience with small‑part or medical device assembly
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to distinguish colors accurately
Experience with guidewires, microscopes, or clean‑room assembly is a plus
Familiarity with wiring or electronics is helpful
