Your high-energy, dedicated attitude toward your work will allow residents to rest easy, knowing their homes and surroundings are in good hands!\n\nThe Ideal Candidates will have:\n • Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction\n • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent\n • Have experience with general maintenance in a community setting; previous experience working in a health care environment is a plus\n • Have basic knowledge of appliance, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair\n • Have knowledge and experience working with technology such as smart phones, tablets, smart remotes, smart TVs and personal computers.\n • Ability to work with vendors\n • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds\n • Have working knowledge of business software and Microsoft operating systems\n • Have the ability to move quickly to various areas of the entire property\n • Physical work is a primary part of this role\n • Be able to read, write and speak English in order to communicate clearly with other team members and residents\n • Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors\n • Valid Driver License\n • Ability to pass a drug screening\n\n\nBenefits:\nTouchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees.
