Business Solutions Consultant (B2B Outside Sales) All Copy Products is looking for high‑energy, highly motivated individuals to join our winning sales team as a Business Solutions Consultant. This territory‑based role requires frequent travel and offers an uncapped commission structure, bonus opportunities, contests, trips, and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities Promote a diverse portfolio of cutting‑edge technology solutions, including office technology equipment, interactive boards, managed IT services, VOIP, managed print services, and business supplies. Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, targeted accounts, lead resources, and referrals from current clients. Manage accounts and achieve expected business results on a weekly and monthly basis. Introduce new products, offer promotions, and collaborate with specialists to complete projects, while assisting the customer‑service team to resolve issues. Negotiate contracts, submit proposals, and maintain account documentation. Build and leverage relationships with existing accounts. Qualifications Proven track record in sales, business development, customer service, or account management with prospecting experience. Strong desire to work in a customer‑focused environment with excellent time‑management and problem‑solving skills. Competitive, positive, goal‑driven attitude. Ability to handle a high level of rejection and maintain resilience. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; candidates must pass a criminal background check. Compensation & Benefits Total compensation ranges from $60,000 to $150,000+ (base + uncapped commissions). Average first‑year earnings are $60k‑70k with potential to exceed $100k within 2‑3 years. Additional compensation includes a cell phone and vehicle allowance.
