Position:
Phone Interviewer-Ex Call Center Manager to Phone Interview Candidates applying for various positions
Required Skills:
•Strong effective telephone sales skills
•Strong training skills
•Experience managing remote call center reps is a MUST
•Knowledge of CRM's, and Dialer Software a PLUS
Experience:
•5 years of outbound/inbound remote call center management experience
•A proven track record in an outbound, lead generation, appointment setting and sales environment
