Results Analyst at Capital Group
As a Results Analyst within the Equity team in Los Angeles, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely performance measurement (results) and portfolio analytics for Capital Groups suite of mutual funds and institutional accounts. Your duties include calculating, extracting, and analyzing portfolio results, attribution, and analytics to support investment oversight. You will draw insights, ask pertinent questions to understand data needs, form narratives from data, and communicate findings effectively. Leading complex projects, aligning stakeholders, managing risks, and setting precedents will be key aspects of your role. You will join a team committed to operational and data excellence, continuous improvement, and process optimization. A high service orientation, integrity, and ownership of work are essential qualities.
Base Salary Range:
Additional benefits include performance bonuses, a profitability bonus, and a retirement plan with 15% employer contribution. Temporary positions in Canada and the US are excluded from these plans.
