Requirements

• Must have a current Class A CDL
• Must be at least 28 years old
• Minimum age of 28 years old must have a minimum of 24 months of verifiable OTR experience, with at least 6 months in the last 2 years.
• No at-fault DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years. All other accidents are subject to review.
• No DUI or DWI convictions in past 10 years
• No CDL drug or alcohol violations
• No robbery, drug, extortion, or murder felonies. All other felonies are subject to review.
• No SAP program participants
• No automatic transmission restriction on CDL
