Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Clinical Research Assistant (CRA/RA) with strong interest in clinical research and patient care. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a healthcare background who is ready to transition into research and grow with our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and process biological samples according to study protocols
• Comfortable handling blood, serum, plasma, and urine
• Proper documentation of lab collection, processing, and shipping
• Complete kit and supply inventory
• Assist in subject scheduling, visit coordination EDC platforms
• Support study team in source documentation, regulatory compliance, and query resolution
• Assist in Regulatory Submissions and assist in maintaining the Regulatory Binder
• Collaborate closely with investigators, coordinators, and sponsors to ensure protocol adherence
• Contribute to a positive patient experience and efficient site operations

Qualifications

• Previous medical assisting, phlebotomy, or clinical support experience required
• Strong computer skills and prior use of EDC systems (Rave) preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with patients, staff, and external partners
• Passion for advancing research and improving patient outcomes
