Must Haves :
-Advanced degree in health services research, health policy, pharmacy, public health, epidemiology, health economics, or equivalent graduate degree
-3+ years of relevant post-graduate professional experience preferred in the Oncology space
-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects involving complex processes, significant budget, competing deadlines and rapidly shifting priorities
Day-to-day:
Insight Global is Research Associate (RA) will join the HTA, Value & Evidence (HV&E) Global Access and Value team focused on Thoracic & Precision Medicine Oncology at Pfizer Headquarters in New York City. Reporting to a member of the HV&E team, the RA will support the development and execution of deliverables for early clinical development programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support, conducting analyses, and preparing reports to guide asset development from pre-launch through late-stage phases. This includes planning and executing HEOR and real-world data studies using claims databases and electronic medical records, as well as observational research such as chart reviews and prospective studies. The RA will also contribute to patient-reported outcomes strategies in clinical trials, perform literature reviews and evidence synthesis, and assist with cost-effectiveness analyses and economic modeling. Additional tasks involve creating presentations and reports in PowerPoint and Excel, managing projects and vendors (including budget oversight), collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting broader team initiatives as needed.
