Job Description

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Location: Garfield, MN

Pay Range: $18/hour

Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6 PM-2:30 AM or 6 PM to 6 AM

What's the Job?

• Learn to operate extruder and set up CNC machines for various tasks including drilling, grinding, and milling
• Ensure CNC machines operate in accordance with company guidelines and safety standards
• Oversee machine operations during production runs and make necessary adjustments for optimal results
• Perform daily machinery checks to guarantee functionality and safety
• Record all machine actions by completing production and quality logs to ensure traceability and quality control

• Basic understanding of CNC machine operations or willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow safety protocols and company guidelines
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
