Our client, a leading global manufacturer in the industrial sector, is seeking a CNC Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of the production team supporting innovative manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machinist

Location: Two Harbors, MN

Pay Range: $21.09 - $33.08 per hour

What's the Job?

• Operate multi-axis CNC mills and lathes to manufacture complex parts and tools.
• Load raw materials, replace cutting tools, and follow setup procedures for CNC operations.
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including PPE use, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure manufacturability.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or two-year diploma required.
• Experience with machined parts and knowledge of CNC Milling and Turning Equipment.
• Basic experience with precision measuring equipment, such as calipers and micrometers.
• Comfortable with basic computer applications, including Windows and MS Office.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
