Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Wage: $32.00 – $38.00/hr (based on experience)
• Weekly pay + potential quarterly performance bonus

What You’ll Do

As a Commercial Journeyman Plumber at RLP, you will be a critical part of our new-construction plumbing team. You’ll work on large-scale commercial projects from rough-in to final installation and ensure our work is completed with precision, efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install new commercial and industrial plumbing systems on ground-up construction projects
• Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Inspect work, troubleshoot issues, and identify improvements
• Ensure plumbing installations meet code, quality, and efficiency standards
• Follow all company and jobsite safety protocols
• Coordinate effectively with project managers, GC’s, and other trades to keep schedules on track

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License (required)
• 2–6+ years of commercial plumbing experience , preferably on new construction projects
• Strong understanding of commercial systems, tools, and installation techniques
• Ability to work efficiently, solve problems on the job, and maintain high-quality workmanship
• Professional communication and teamwork skills
• Leadership experience or interest in mentoring apprentices is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background checks
