Employer Industry: Healthcare Compliance Why consider this job opportunity Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account with employer contribution Life Insurance and Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan with company match Opportunity for career advancement within a leading healthcare organization Remote work flexibility with occasional travel required What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and practices for affiliated facilities Monitor day-to-day compliance activities and conduct compliance audits Provide compliance training and education for staff and leadership Serve as a point of contact for compliance concerns and collaborate with management to address issues Prepare periodic compliance reports for the Chief Compliance Officer and Facilities leadership What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Information Management, Health Administration, or a similar field Minimum 5 years of experience as a mid to senior-level compliance professional in the healthcare industry Certification as a Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid compliance Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct advanced research How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Master’s degree in Accounting or Juris Doctor Experience as a licensed attorney or CPA with expertise in revenue cycle management Previous experience in a healthcare compliance-related role Familiarity with HIPAA, TJC, AAAPC, and OSHA regulations Proven track record of successful compliance program implementation We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
