We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer hardware and software troubleshooting, along with experience in mobile devices and various operating systems. This role involves providing technical support, performing equipment repairs, and assisting customers with their technology needs. Base pay range $23.00/hr - $25.00/hr Duties Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for a variety of devices Perform repairs on computer hardware, including soldering components as necessary. Utilize hand tools and equipment to conduct repairs and maintenance on devices. Analyze schematics to understand device configurations and troubleshoot effectively. Assist in the setup and installation of operating systems such as Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used during service. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and streamline processes. Engage in retail sales by recommending products or services that meet customer needs.
