Job Title: Handyman / Construction Worker

We are seeking an experienced Handyman/Construction Worker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills across multiple trades, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as a handyman, contractor, or in a similar construction role

• Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques

• Skilled in carpentry, drywall, installations, and repairs

• Ability to perform physical labor , including lifting 50+ lbs and working in varied weather conditions

• Proficient with hand and power tools

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

• Excellent communication skills and professionalism with homeowners and team members

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform construction and handyman tasks including:

  • Flooring, carpeting, and tile installation/replacement

  • Painting, spackling, drywall repair

  • Demolition and clean-up

• Follow directions from supervisors and collaborate with the team to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times

• Keep work truck clean and organized (when applicable)

• Use company-provided technology for communication, scheduling, and job site monitoring

• Work directly with the Maintenance Manager and Construction Foreman

• Health insurance (full-time employees. Company pays 80% and employee is responsible for 20%. Family plans are fully billed to employee)

Compensation: Pay is based on experience and expertise.
