Job Description

Our client is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their legal team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role offers the chance to work directly with the General Counsel, gain exposure to a wide range of corporate contracts, and play a key part in protecting the business as it grows.

What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with the General Counsel on contract management and special legal projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements (vendor, service, partnership, etc.) to ensure compliance and protect company interests.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operations to support business needs and streamline the contract process.
• Advise internal teams on contractual obligations and compliance requirements.
• Research regulations (especially healthcare-related) to keep contracts aligned with legal standards.
• Maintain the contract database and track renewals, milestones, and deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (JD or paralegal certification a plus, but not required).
• Experience reviewing and negotiating contracts in a corporate or legal environment.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to balance business and legal priorities.
• A proactive, independent mindset with the ability to work across teams.
• Ability to commute to Manhattan Beach 3 days per week.
