Overview Our Fortune 500 client in Miami is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join their dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented project manager with a strong advertising background and proven experience leading 360° creative campaigns. In this role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of integrated marketing projects—including digital, social, video, and print campaigns—while collaborating closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution. You’ll be the linchpin of coordination, keeping timelines on track, budgets in check, and stakeholders aligned every step of the way. Please note, this is an onsite freelance opportunity that is 40 hours a week, ongoing. Key Responsibilities Manage and drive 360° creative campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and marketing initiatives Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, adjusting plans as needed to meet deliverables Oversee day-to-day project workflow, ensuring milestones are met and deadlines are achieved Track and manage projects using Workfront Lead status meetings and communicate updates with cross-functional teams Partner with creative and marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity throughout project phases Continuously look for ways to streamline workflow, improve processes, and enhance collaboration Qualifications 4+ years of creative project management experience in an advertising agency or in-house creative/marketing team Strong background in managing integrated, multi-channel campaigns Skilled in developing and maintaining schedules, budgets, and workback timelines Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across departments and teams Proficient in Workfront (or similar project management tools) Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or a related field If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
