Join a Leading Michigan Hospital as a Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Jackson, MI

Required Skills:
- Valid CRNA certification and state licensure
- Proven experience in administering general anesthesia for both pediatric and adult patients
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices, airway management, and ventilatory support
- Proficiency in spinal and local infiltration anesthesia
- Excellent monitoring skills, including neurological and respiratory assessments
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Adept in documentation, preferably with Epic EMR
- Ability to respond swiftly to emergencies, including airway management and intubation
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with neurosurgical procedures and spinal anesthesia
- Prior exposure to trauma centers or Level II Trauma settings
- Familiarity with hospital protocols for surgical anesthesia safety standards
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or higher in Nurse Anesthesia
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience, especially in surgical settings
- Previous experience working in an OR environment with varying surgical specialties
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work four (4) 10-hour day shifts per week, no on-call duties required
- Ability to obtain and maintain Michigan licensure and anesthesia certification
- Competence in operating within hospital protocols and safety standards
- No reimbursement for background checks or credentialing fees; credentialing estimated within 90-120 days
