Aerial Lineman/Foreman

Position: Aerial Lineman/Foreman
Full-Time (Monday-Friday, with overtime and Saturday work available)

Overview:
We are looking for experienced Aerial Linemen and Foremen to join our team supporting local telecommunications companies. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with aerial utility construction and be committed to safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret construction prints.

• Assess work areas for safety and proper utility marking before starting.

• Install, maintain, and repair aerial telecommunications lines and related equipment.

• Supervise crews (Foreman role) and ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.

• Operate and maintain aerial equipment safely.

• Collaborate with ground crews and resolve project challenges.

• Complete daily work logs and reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of aerial construction experience (supervisory experience required for Foreman roles).

• Valid Driver's License (CDL preferred or ability to obtain CDL).

• Strong understanding of safety protocols and utility construction standards.

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
