We’re looking for a dependable  Health & Safety Manager to support our mission of delivering safe, clean, and compliant sanitation solutions for customers across the region.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safe work practices
• Ability to lead safety initiatives and collaborate across departments
• Skilled communicator with strong training and coaching abilities
• Detail-driven problem solver committed to continuous improvement

What You’ll Do

• Develop, implement, and enforce Porta Kleen safety and occupational health policies
• Coordinate, conduct, and document safety training for all assigned locations
• Perform safety audits, inspections, and observations; provide reports to management
• Investigate incidents, ensure corrective actions, and maintain required documentation
• Lead Safety Improvement Committees and support development of work standards
• Manage safety personnel, including supervisors, specialists, and technicians, as needed

What You'll Need

• Associate degree plus First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• OSHA 30 (General Industry or Construction)
• Safety coursework (PPE, respiratory protection, electrical safety, ergonomics, etc.)
• 3+ years of field safety experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
