Amee Bay LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Electrician Foreman to join your team in San Diego, CA.
Position Overview: Electrician Foreman supervises and/or accomplishes manufacture, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of electrical and electronic equipment. The employee will perform a wide variety of different tasks depending on the needs of the company.
Position Responsibilities: \n - Supervising and coordinating the activities of electricians
\n - Reading blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly
\n - Installing, inspecting, testing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment
\n - Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations
\n - Interacting with contractors and clients in order to ensure successful contract accomplishment
\n - Training and mentoring electrical workers
\n - Preparing estimates, budgets, and work timetables
\n - Ensuring all electrical installations meet quality and legal standards
\n - Knowledge of navy AC (60 and 400 Hz) and DC electrical systems
\n - Navy tag-out, WAF programs and applicable Naval procedures / instructions
\n - Maintain QWI and associated forms
\n - Implements and monitor OSHA safety
\n - Knowledge of Navy electrical and electronic systems
\n - Able to troubleshoot, disassemble, and inspect electrical equipment
\n - Able to clean electrical equipment and parts, reassemble, and operationally test equipment.
\n - Knowledge of electrical systems such as switchboards, switchgear, distribution panels, controls, etc.
\n - Versed in the use of common electrical measuring instruments, and of various electronic measuring devices, such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, power analyzers and megohmmeters.
\n - Familiar with the use of Precision Measuring Instrumentation
\n - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, written technical instructions and manuals.
\n - Ability to plan and make working diagrams and circuits.
\n - Capable of cable run fabrication and wire way fabrication
\n - Working knowledge of trade mathematics and formulas in order to calculate voltage, amperes and resistance requirements and to determine size and types of material, such as controls, switches, distribution panels, fuses, etc.

Position Requirements: \n - US Citizenship
\n - Must be able to obtain/maintain security and base access clearance. Active clearance is preferred
\n - High School Diploma or equivalent
\n - Navy 'A' / 'C' school(s) or completion of a vocational, maritime, or journeyman training program.
\n - Minimum eight (8) years' experience.
\n - Proven work experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar role
\n - In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and electrical code
\n - Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints
\n - Excellent leadership and project management skills
\n - Strong problem-solving abilities
\n - Good communication skill
\n - Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License
\n - Must pass drug screening.
