As a Bank Teller, you’ll be the face of our organization — helping members access financial solutions that support their goals and improve their lives. • Support Members: Assist with account openings (checking, savings, IRAs, trusts, estates) and guide members through loan and credit card applications.
• Solve Problems: Research and resolve account or loan discrepancies with care and accuracy.
• Be a Financial Guide: Educate members on our full suite of products and services to help them make informed decisions.
• Drive Growth: Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships.
• Ensure Accuracy: Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely and responsibly.
• Collaborate & Lead: Support and train junior team members, contributing to a positive team culture.
• Stay Compliant: Understand and follow federal regulations related to financial services.
• Branch Operations: May assist with vault procedures and ATM custodianship.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
