Entry-Level Business Operations Analyst – Elgin, IL
$45,000–$50,000

We’re looking for an Entry-Level Business Operations Analyst who is curious, analytical, and eager to dive into the heart of how a global company runs. In this role, you’ll see firsthand how operations, data, and strategy intersect - and have the chance to help shape processes that keep innovation moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Assist in client interactions and provide support to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and documentation management.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret business data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to inform management decisions.
  • Support cross-functional projects and initiatives, helping to coordinate tasks and deadlines.
  • Monitor operational processes, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication and information flow between departments and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a global manufacturing environment.
