Foley & Lardner LLP is accepting applications from current judicial law clerks for an entrylevel associate position in the firms Commercial Litigation Practice Group in SanFrancisco, commencing in fall2026. Candidates must have strong legal writing and oral communication skills.
We are seeking candidates who are wellrounded, embrace a strong work ethic, and are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. Prior summerassociate experience at a law firm is preferred. A demonstrated track record of strong academic performance is required.

In support of transparency and equity in the workplace, Foley provides salary information for all positions. The expected salary for this position is $225,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, experience, internal pay equity at Foley, and other jobrelated factors permitted by law.
