About the Role
The Entry Level Customer Service Assistant provides support to customers by helping with questions, account details, and general inquiries. This is a great role for someone friendly, patient, and looking to build experience in customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in person, by phone, or via email.
Provide accurate information about services, policies, and processes.
Document customer interactions and update account details.
Resolve basic issues or transfer inquiries to senior staff.
Support administrative tasks and daily office operations.
Qualifications
