Impact & Outcomes

• Convert pre-qualified inbound leads into long-term clients through consultative discovery and plan presentation.
• Develop and execute comprehensive retirement income strategies utilizing managed money and fixed-indexed annuities (FIAs).
• Secure and manage significant AUM to drive personal revenue and firm-wide growth targets.
• Deliver a world-class onboarding experience that solidifies client trust and retention immediately post-close.
• Collaborate with our dedicated paraplanning and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Licensure: Active Florida Life Insurance license and FINRA Series 65 (or equivalent RIA registration).
• Experience: 3+ years of direct client-facing expertise with a track record of closing business.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM/PMS tools (RedTail, Orion, eMoney) and annuity strategies.
• Mindset: A pure "hunter/closer" mentality focused on revenue generation and fiduciary integrity.
