Position Overview

The Financial Coach role is an entry-level gateway into a rewarding career as a Financial Advisor. Youll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, guiding them through our Simple rebel service tier and helping them progress to more advanced levels like eRebel, Silver, and Gold.

In this position, youll support the advisory team by preparing client materials, conducting research, leading introductory meetings, and ensuring clients stay on track with their financial goals. This role blends technical financial training with relationship-buildinggiving you the foundation to grow into a full-fledged Financial Advisor.

What Were Looking For

• Education: Bachelors degree required; focus in Financial Planning or Business preferred.
• Certifications: Series 65 required
  • CFP designation preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience: Prior experience in financial services, customer service, or sales is strongly preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Passionate about helping others succeed financially.
  • Open to growth in both technical knowledge and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate within an advisory team to support client success.
• Conduct client research and prepare materials for meetings.
• Run introductory appointments and serve as a main point of contact for Simple rebel clients.
• Provide ongoing client service, helping clients stay on track and progress to higher service tiers.
• Embrace and apply our firms investment and financial planning philosophy.
• Identify and solve client challenges with creative, practical solutions.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Engage in business development efforts and improve your sales skills.

Note: This role requires both technical financial knowledge and a willingness to grow your interpersonal and sales capabilities.

Compensation Overview

This position offers a starting base compensation range of approximately $37,500 $55,000, depending on experience, licensing, and readiness to engage in client development.

• Candidates at the lower end of the range (around $37,500) typically have limited sales experience and have not yet obtained the Series 65 license.
• Candidates at the higher end of the range demonstrate strong client service or sales experience, possess their Series 65 license and areactively pursuing their CFP designation, and are prepared to contribute directly to client engagement and business development.
