Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) Fitness coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for educating clients on EMS and its benefits, leading classes through the OHM Mountain Arc, checking in and ensuring the client’s comfort during workouts, and providing an empowering and uplifting environment for classes.

Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on the benefits of EMS and our fitness program.
• Lead classes through the OHM Mountain Arc, providing safe and effective workouts for
• members.
• Check-in with clients before and after classes, ensuring their comfort and answering any
• questions they may have.
• Creating a positive and empowering environment for members to help them achieve their
• fitness goals and encourage them to push beyond their limits.
• Modify exercises and workouts to accommodate clients with different fitness levels and
• abilities.
• Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on the latest EMS techniques and fitness
• trends.
• Maintain a clean and organized workout area, ensuring that equipment is in good
• working order and properly sanitized after each use.
• Assist with marketing and promotional events, promoting our services and attracting
• new clients to our studio.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire members.
• Certified through NASM, ACE, or ISSA.
• Willingness to obtain EMS certification through OHM Fitness EMS Certification
• program.
• Ability to lead group fitness classes and modify workouts to meet the needs of clients
• with different abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and
• attention to detail.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
