Laborer – Foundation Repair
Company Overview:
We are staffing for a professional foundation repair company specializing in structural repairs, waterproofing, and concrete services. They are seeking a reliable and motivated Laborer to join their growing team.
Position Summary:
The Laborer will assist with foundation repair projects, including site preparation, material handling, and supporting crew leaders in day-to-day tasks. This is a full-time position with opportunities for training and advancement.
Responsibilities:
Assist with foundation repair, waterproofing, and concrete installation
Safely operate hand tools and power tools
Load and unload equipment and materials
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all company and OSHA safety standards
Qualifications:
Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly
Reliable transportation to job sites
Willingness to learn and follow directions
Prior construction or labor experience preferred but not required
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends based on workload
