?? About the Role
Join a fast-paced, growing company where your work supports essential industries like Agriculture, Medical, and Manufacturing. As a General Production Worker, you'll operate blown film lines to produce high-quality plastic wraps that keep the world moving.
?? Responsibilities
Operate and load plastic film rolls of various sizes
Use shaft hoists for core loading, taping, and tagging
Package rolls to meet customer specifications and quality standards
Replace trims and switch out product barrels
Conduct quality checks and identify defects
Maintain scrap conveyor and manage excess material
Label, box, and load 50-lb rolls
Change machine cutting knives
Assist with line changeovers and setups
Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant work area
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production
? Qualifications
1+ year of industrial or general labor experience preferred
Experience with plastics extrusion, blown film, or injection molding is a plus
Comfortable using hand tools and operating machinery
Basic math, reading, and writing skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-12 hours
Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
