As part of our growing creative and development team, design plays a key role in how our vision is communicated — visually, emotionally, and professionally.
We’re seeking creative and motivated design interns who can help shape the visual identity of IBIAS across our digital products, brand assets, and marketing materials.
Position Overview
As a Graphic Designer Intern , you’ll work closely with the design, marketing, and product teams to create compelling visuals that represent the IBIAS brand. You’ll help design graphics for web, social media, presentations, and product interfaces — contributing to both our internal and external communications.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop real-world design experience, work on meaningful projects, and be part of a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual assets , illustrations, and graphics for digital and print media
- Design social media visuals , banners, and promotional materials for IBIAS campaigns
- Collaborate with UI/UX and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding
- Contribute to presentations , pitch decks , and infographics for product storytelling
- Assist in developing brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency across platforms
- Edit and optimize images for web and mobile use
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for design direction
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design , Visual Communication , Digital Media , or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or Figma/Canva
- Strong understanding of typography , color theory , and layout principles
- Ability to create clean, modern, and cohesive visual designs
- Attention to detail and a strong creative sense
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, team-oriented environment
- Basic motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
- Experience designing branding kits , logos , or product mockups
- Familiarity with UI elements , icon design , or data visualization graphics
- Basic knowledge of social media design trends and content optimization
- Video editing experience using Premiere Pro or CapCut
- Understanding of marketing design principles and storytelling through visuals
