We are looking for The Healthcare Compliance Officer at CLS Health provides strategic leadership and oversight of compliance, privacy, and risk management functions across the organization. This role ensures CLS Health operates in full compliance with CMS, OIG, HIPAA, and all applicable healthcare regulations, while supporting the organization’s mission to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee CLS Health’s Compliance Program, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Monitor compliance with CMS, OIG, and HIPAA standards; identify gaps and recommend improvements. Lead internal audits, risk assessments, and corrective action planning. Review and maintain policies and workflows related to auditing, monitoring, and data retention. Serve as the organization’s primary compliance advisor and resource for leadership and staff. Provide training and education to employees on compliance, privacy, and ethical standards. Collaborate with executive leadership to evaluate compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies. Respond to regulatory inquiries, coordinate external audits, and oversee remediation activities. Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical decision-making throughout CLS Health. Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and/or Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) strongly preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of CMS, OIG, HIPAA, and healthcare regulatory guidelines. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and educate at all levels.
