Human Resources Associate
Location: Bedford, TX | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
•$20-$23/hr
•M-F 8am-5pm
•Temp-to-hire
ROLE IMPACT
The Human Resources Associate supports the Benefits Manager and Talent Acquisition team by ensuring compliance, credentialing, reporting, and accurate HR documentation. This role is vital in maintaining regulatory compliance, employee data integrity, and operational efficiency in employee onboarding, benefits, and injury claims processing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide administrative and technical support for benefits, credentialing, injury claims, and badge systems
• Maintain and audit employee files; manage new hire documentation and reporting
• Coordinate OSHA filing and vaccine program documentation; issue reminders and maintain records
• Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, HR policies, and employment status
• Assist with recruitment compliance, job postings, and reporting using Paycom and other systems
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3–4 years of HR experience required
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet research
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to multi-task

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Familiarity with employee benefits, HR policy documentation, and occupational injury claim processes
• Understanding of credentialing standards and HR compliance requirements
• Knowledge of Work in Texas and state/federal posting compliance
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Computer, HRIS systems, general office equipment
• Sedentary role with occasional walking, standing, bending; must lift up to 20 lbs
• Must work under occasional high-pressure deadlines
