Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to support one of our healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, mechanical knowledge, and field service experience. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC equipment in a hospital setting. Responsibilities Maintaining approximately 120 HVAC units ranging from small mini-split systems to larger equipment. Changing filters, replacing barrens when manageable (with larger replacements contracted out), and inspecting fans, fan blades, and heating systems that operate on steam for heat and hot water. Adjusting and diagnosing system issues, ensuring everything runs efficiently. Qualifications CFC Universal Certification HVAC License Active Driver's License Knowledge of the life safety code & building code Experience with various types of chillers (chilled water systems and cooling towers) Knowledge of various air handling units & distribution systems Nice-to-Have Excel experience Knowledge of the Tridium system 1 years in a healthcare setting
