*Location:* DENVER,CO | *Full-Time* | *In-Person Position*
*Compensation:* $125,000.00 – $150,000/year (based on experience)

A respected *national immigration law firm* is seeking a *bilingual (Spanish and English) attorney* to join its *DENVER* office. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys passionate about courtroom advocacy and immigrant rights.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Represent clients in immigration court hearings.
* Draft motions, support letters, responses, and appeals.
* Conduct legal research and resolve complex legal matters.
* Manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload.
* Maintain professional and compassionate communication with clients.

*Qualifications:*

* Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an *ABA-accredited law school*.
* *Licensed to practice law in the U.S.* and in good standing with any state bar.
* *Fluency in both Spanish and English* (required).
* Interest in or experience with *immigration court proceedings*.
* *Courtroom/litigation experience strongly preferred*.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team.
* Strong legal writing and research skills.

*Preferred Experience:*

* *5+ years in immigration law* (higher compensation offered).
* Background in *family law* is a plus.
* Entry-level attorneys welcome — *training is provided*.

*Additional Requirements:*

* Candidates must currently *live or reside in or be willing to relocate to DENVER, COLORADO* before beginning employment.
