Our client is a labeling contractor specializing in the engineering, manufacturing, and installing pipe markers, tags, safety signs, and other asset labeling.

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a reliable Installer to support safety sign installations across the plant. The ideal candidate should be comfortable reading plot and location plans (no need for P&ID expertise) and be detail-oriented in placing signs accurately. This role does not involve any scanning tasks, just hands-on work to help maintain a safe, well-marked environment.

Job Description

• Install safety signs in a plant
• Ability to read plot plans and location plans of where to install the signs (not as technical as reading the P&ID drawings)
• Installs materials according to customer specification on-site as directed by the Project Lead
• Reads and updates Project Definition Documents (PDD) and responds to the needs of the project
• No scanning involved
• All other duties as assigned
  

Skills Required

• Have field-related work experience
• Prior experience in construction or related field is a plus
• Ability to work at considerable heights (ave. 20-80 ft.)
• Experience working with lifts, snips and banders is a plus

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent, and/or related experience

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• TWIC Card
• DISA Background Check
• Valid DL (candidate must be able to drive to the project site). Clean driving record required

• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • There is a moderate risk of injury when installing materials on-site. Safety equipment is required to be worn. Travel (up to three weeks at a time) to customer's work sites is required. Frequent walking, climbing, lifting (25-70lbs), and pushing are expected.

Pay Rate/Salary

• Up to $25.00/hr.
