Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated and curious individual to join our Boston Commercial Property team as a Summer Intern. This 12-week paid internship offers a deep dive into the world of commercial underwriting.
You will:
- Learn how to evaluate and underwrite commercial property risks.
- Gain exposure to the insurance lifecycle and the broader commercial property market.
- Collaborate with experienced underwriters and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in real-world projects that impact our customers and business.
You will be part of a dynamic and supportive underwriting team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Your work will directly contribute to protecting our clients' assets and ensuring the profitability of our portfolio.

Qualifications: - Interest in Insurance, underwriting, market trends or pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Risk Management, Actuarial Science)

The base salary range for this position in Boston is from $22/hour - $25/hour; a candidate's salary is determined by their relevant skills and experience. We value our teammates - both their capabilities and character - as demonstrated by our amazing culture.
