Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our client's finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the overall accounting operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist with audits and tax filings.
• Maintain and update accounting records and files.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience (internships or entry-level roles preferred).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with GAAP.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
