Our fast-growing criminal defense law firm in Nashville is seeking a Law Firm Sales and Intake Specialist to handle inbound client inquiries, guide potential clients through our intake process, and help them take the next step toward representation. This is not a cold-calling role — all leads are inbound. You'll talk with people who have already reached out for help and guide them toward the legal solutions they need. Compensation: $100,000+ at plan earnings Responsibilities: * Answer and return phone calls, web inquiries, and messages from potential clients * Listen with empathy, gather key facts, and determine if the caller is a good fit for our firm * Clearly explain our legal services and how we can help * Schedule consultations and follow up with leads who haven't yet signed on * Maintain detailed records of all communications in our CRM system * Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a smooth client experience * Meet and exceed intake and conversion goals Qualifications: * Excellent communication and listening skills * Prior sales, intake, or customer service experience (legal or medical preferred) * Inbound sales experience is a strong plus * Tech-savvy with CRM and office software * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Positive, professional, and empathetic demeanor * Honest and ethical character — essential in this role * Passion for helping others and a strong "ownership mindset" About Company Andrew C.
