Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Manager of Survey who is hands-on in managing survey operations while also actively engaging in business development. The right person will be equally comfortable in the field, managing teams and ensuring quality deliverables, as they are in front of clients, selling our capabilities, and developing new business opportunities.

Job Description

• Lead and expand our Survey Division with a focus on midstream pipeline and facility projects.
• Actively develop new client relationships and strengthen existing ones.
• Oversee survey project execution, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing survey team.
• Work closely with company leadership to develop strategic plans and hit growth targets.

Skills Required

• Proven experience in survey operations (pipeline and midstream preferred).
• Strong business development skills with a track record of winning work.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow a business unit.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

Education/Training/Certifications

• Highschool diploma or GED.
