Job Description
- Review and understand software requirements , functional specifications, and business flows.
- Design, document, and execute test cases and test scenarios .
- Perform manual testing of web, mobile, and desktop applications.
- Conduct different types of testing: functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing .
- Identify, document, and track defects or bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or TestRail .
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure quality of the application before release.
- Maintain test documentation , reports, and logs of test results.
- Participate in review meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives in Agile environments.
- Suggest improvements for processes, test coverage, and application usability.
