Accepting Medical Assistants / Certified Nurse Assistant / Nurse Assistants!

SUMMARY: Perform administrative and certain clinical duties under the direction of a provider, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, billing and coding information for insurance purposes, taking and recording vital signs and medical histories, and preparing patients for examination.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: Minimum two (2) years' related work experience preferred. Previous medical office experience preferred.

Other: Ability to read, write and communicate effectively. Basic computer knowledge required.

Preferred Education: Certified Nurse Assistant

Ability to stand and walk, and bend, stoop and twist up to 8-10 hours during shift(s). Spends 8 hours or more in front of computer, monitor or similar screen utilizing keyboard and/or mouse, daily. Acuity to the five senses is required in contact with patients, family members, physicians and coworkers. Must be able to handle critical and highly stressful situations with efficiency and composure. Ability to occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 20 lbs.
