Schedule: Part-Time Internship (Up to 20 hours per week, ideal class schedule would accommodate two 8-hour days per week, or 4-hour shifts 4-5 days per week)

Start Date: Winter/Spring Semester 2026

Compensation: $16-18/hour

DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable college student to join our Logistics and Loaner Services team as a Medical Device Courier / Loaner Services Intern . This role provides hands-on experience in the medical device industry, focusing on operational support, transportation logistics, and customer service within surgical and hospital environments.

Delivery and pick up of equipment and products will occur in the Arthrex Milwaukee geography which includes southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. This position is specifically responsible for operating a company-owned small van or SUV type vehicle as directed. The right candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professionalism along with outstanding routing and directional skills are necessary to ensure equipment is delivered punctually. Top candidates must have a clean driving record.

Additional responsibilities for this position may include carrying out duties while working alongside the Loaner Services Team in our warehouse. Tasks include checking in surgical instruments, assembling surgical kits, and inspecting surgical instruments. Additionally, organizing and packing equipment and product needs for upcoming surgical cases will be expected as well as coordinating equipment needs with Sales Representatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Assist the Sales Representatives and Product Managers with transporting various medical equipment between healthcare facilities in our geographic territory and our warehouse.
• Receiving medical items and understanding instructions from the healthcare facility.
• Ensuring that medical items are securely stored in the delivery vehicle.
• Ensuring credibility of all documentation related to medical items.
• Operating a driver software program via an iPad which assists in mapping out a route to the destination, considering traffic and mileage.
• Ensuring the punctual collection and delivery of medical items from the healthcare facility.
• Ensuring that recipients sign delivery receipts and designations are verified.
• Ensuring the safety of each item delivered.
• Accurately counting and taking inventory of medical items to be collected or delivered.
• Professional interactions with healthcare facility personnel and EnduroMed Team members.
• Organizing, assembling, and/or packing surgical instruments and kits for surgical cases.
• Performing additional responsibilities as assigned by the Loaner Services Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current college student pursuing a degree in Healthcare, Business, Supply Chain, Biology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (essential).
• An interest in a future career in the Medical Device Industry
• Capacity to drive up to 8 hours per day
• Good knowledge of medical terminology

• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
