Job Description
We are an Escrow company seeking a professional and reliable Mobile Notaries to support our clients. As a Mobile Notary, you will play a critical role in assisting clients with notarization services at their convenience and location. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, thorough, and committed to delivering excellent client experiences with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to client's agreed upon locations to perform notarization services
- Verify identities and ensure all documents are signed accurately and legally
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with state notary laws and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel supported and informed
- Keep accurate records of all notarizations performed
** Qualifications: **
- Commissioned Notary Public in California. (Must be active and in good standing)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional demeanor and client-focused approach
- Prior experience as a notary or mobile notary preferred, but not required
