Job Title: Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant & Womens Health Specialist
Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with expertise in women's health to join our team. This exciting role blends the artistry of aesthetic treatments with the essential care of gynecological services, offering patients a holistic approach to both their beauty and overall well-being. As a dual-specialty provider, you will have the opportunity to enhance patients' confidence through cosmetic treatments while supporting their reproductive and gynecological health.
Key Responsibilities:

• Gynecological Care:
• Provide comprehensive gynecological services, including routine exams (Pap smears, breast exams), STI screenings, and contraceptive counseling.
• Offer guidance and treatment for menopause-related concerns, and provide education on reproductive health and family planning.
• Address womens health concerns and educate patients about preventative care and wellness.
• Aesthetic Treatments:
• Perform non-invasive aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, Microneedling, and advanced skin rejuvenation therapies to enhance patient appearance and self-esteem.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments, incorporating both aesthetic and gynecological health goals.
• Focus on building long-term relationships with patients, providing results that foster both physical and emotional well-being.
• Patient Education & Support:
• Educate patients about aesthetic treatments and gynecological health, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.
• Promote preventive care strategies, including skin health, hormonal balance, and reproductive wellness.
• Documentation & Compliance:
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records for all services, ensuring confidentiality, compliance with healthcare regulations, and clear communication with the care team.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in both aesthetic treatments and womens health, ensuring the highest quality of care.
• Collaboration & Professional Development:
• Work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and appropriate referrals.
• Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives, promoting both aesthetic and gynecological services to a wider audience.

Qualifications:

• Must have own individual Malpractice Insurance Coverage
• Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN) with Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification.
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in California OR Active Physician Assistant license in California
• Aesthetic Certifications (Botox, dermal fillers, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in both aesthetic procedures (Botox, dermal fillers) and women's health (gynecological care).
• Solid understanding of women's health, anatomy, and aesthetics principles.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong patient relationships.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Prior experience in a combined aesthetic and gynecological practice is a plus.
