Criminal Defense and Military Law Firm Seeking an Experienced Paralegal Do you want to fight for people when the government is bullying them? You will support the team and help clients. We are known for helping clients preserve their reputation and protect their future. This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a caseload, so you must be able to work in the office for 40 hours per week. We need a paralegal with experience in criminal defense at the state and federal levels. Experience in the military criminal justice system is a plus. Salary range DOE: $42,000 - $54,000 yearly Compensation: $42,000 - $54,000 yearly Responsibilities: We need a paralegal who can hit the ground running, including: Primary , immediately upon taking this position: Manage case administration from start to finish Communicate with clients regarding updates and case status Manage and organize discovery Secondary , as you show your value to the team: Draft and prepare motions and legal documents for filing Assist with trial preparation Research legal topics and issues Qualifications: Do the following statements describe you?
