Livwell Health LLC is currently searching for a professional to fill the position of part-time Administrative Assistant at our clinic in Los Gatos, CA. The administrative assistant is responsible for answering phones, rooming patients, scheduling appointments, collecting copays and providing non-clinical assistance to healthcare providers for our clinic in Los Gatos. The selected candidate will be responsible to act as the alternate site administrator for department of health visits as well as other miscellaneous tasks.
