Apply today! **Job Requirements** Required Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED. Required Licensure & Certifications: State-Specific Phlebotomy Certification/License (as applicable to state of practice): Basic Life Support (BLS-CPR) Certification: Required upon hire or transfer.
