PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• Practice in a beautiful new clinic with a dedicated nursing staff

• 4-day work week with flexible scheduling

• Possible hospital practice; if desired

• Multispecialty integrated health system with support from specialists and ancillary services

• Join a tight-knit team with low turnover in a department of 9 IM physicians and 2 IM APP

• Outpatient only; 1:25 telephone call

• EMR is EPIC

REQUIREMENTS

• BC/BE – Internal Medicine

LOCATION:

• Brainerd Lakes area offers a lifestyle of all four seasons activities including fishing, boating, camping, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golfing, hunting, snowmobiling, ATV, and is home to the Brainerd International Raceway.

• Brainerd/Baxter, MN – in Central Minnesota

• 125 miles northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul

• Brainerd/Baxter population: 20,000; Regional service area: 115,000

COMPENSATION

• $331,053. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
