Your Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for Portuguese-speaking clients, managing their accounts and building strong relationships. Evaluate customer requirements and deliver customised technical support to meet their needs. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to analyze performance and explore growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements and improve services. Document client interactions and account status for management evaluation. Stay well-informed about industry trends and product developments to offer valuable recommendations. Qualifications Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential, with proficiency in English being advantageous.
