Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements and improve services. Document client interactions and account status for management evaluation. Stay well-informed about industry trends and product developments to offer valuable recommendations. Qualifications Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential, with proficiency in English being advantageous.
